i want to thank randomtypes for turning me on to chromatic’s new video “in the city.” i’ve always been very into minimalist new wave tracks like this. it brings me back to 2000 or so when fischerspooner looked like they were poised to come out and swallow the world. i think i just assumed that by now all music would sound like this.
